I've trained mediators throughout the country for the U.S. Postal Service and the Institute for the Study of Conflict Transformation; and I was the first Certified Transformative Mediator (certified by the ISCT) in Minnesota. I'm also one of only around 60 mediators in the United States who have satisfied mediate.com's criteria for certification. In 2011 I was appointed to the Minnesota Supreme Court's ADR Ethics board, which is responsible for upholding ethical standards among mediators.
I've been the director of Twin Cities Mediation since I founded it in 1998. I help with divorces, parenting differences, real estate issues, employment cases, business disputes, and neighbor to neighbor conflicts.
